My 6-Stage Process

Coordination with key consultants also begins at this stage to ensure a seamless process.

Stage 3 – Design Documentation
Precision is key to execution. I prepare comprehensive drawings, schedules, and specifications that define every detail of the design. This documentation forms the foundation for accurate pricing, tendering, and regulatory approvals.

Stage 4 – Tendering & Negotiation
I assist in sourcing and assessing the most suitable builders and trades for your project. Documentation is issued for tender, and I liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing and final costings, ensuring transparency and value at every step.

Stage 5 – Furniture & Accessories
A space is only complete when the finishing touches reflect the overall design vision. I curate and present bespoke furniture and accessory selections that enhance the aesthetic and create a cohesive, polished result.

Stage 6 – Design Management
During construction, I work closely with your appointed trades and suppliers to ensure the design intent is realised to the highest standard. My involvement continues through to completion, overseeing the finer details that bring the project to life.
